MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

Mechanical Technician

• Mechanical discipline Industrial Technician college with 4+ years experience or Diploma graduate with 3+ years experience .

Electrical Technician

• Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Diploma with 3+ years’ experience or Technical college with above 4+ years’ experience.

Maintenance Shift Supervisor (Mechanical)

• Degree in Mechanical or electrical Engineering with 3+ years in tubular products or 5+ years in steel plant or Diploma mechanical or electrical engineering • With 8+ years work experience preferably in steel rolling mills and / or seamless pipe mill as shift supervisor or leader.

Maintenance Shift Supervisor (Electrical)

products Or 5+ years in steel plant or Diploma mechanical or electrical

• With 8+ years work experience preferably in steel rolling mills and / or seamless pipe mill as shift supervisor or leader.

Specialist, CNC Engineering

• Mechanical discipline Industrial Technician college with +4 years experience or Diploma graduate with +3 years experience.

Specialist, NDT Maintenance

• Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical with 4 to 6 yews’ experience or Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical,

• With 6 to 8 years’ experience as Specialist in NDT Maintenance.

Specialist, Drive

• Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics with above 3 years’ experience or Diploma in Electrical / Electrical 8, Electronics with above 5 years’ experience.

• Experience in independently working to solve Drive related issues in tube Mill will be preferred.

• Experience Preferable in Independently working in any one or more of the foliowing

• Electrical systems installation / maintenance of High Voltage and Medium Voltage equipment.

• ABB make GIS. Vacuum Breakers, ACB and power relays.

• PCC. MCC (conventional and intelligent) & AC motor maintenance.

• ABB / Siemens / Schneider / GE / Rockwell Automation Systems

• Field devices like Photocells, Proximity sensors, Limit switches, Encoders

Superintendent, Finishing Maintenance

• Degree in Engineering. Wth minimum 07 years experience in Maintenance

Superintendent, Not Rolling Mill Maintenance

• Degree in Engineering. With minimum 07 years experience in Maintenance preferably in Seamless / Steel pipe mill.
